The Creative Resilience Collective is a multidisciplinary collective working at the intersection of art, design, health care, legal aid, research, and technology.
In Philadelphia, we initiate projects with underserved communities and advocates looking to combat stigma and improve access to quality mental health care services. We believe our collective agency can create positive change in care systems, leading to more equitable futures. We do this through educational workshops, study groups, critical writing, public art, youth programs, and the building of local tools and resources to shape the evolution of dignified care.
We envision a Philadelphia in which historically oppressed and underserved people are provided care uniquely suited to their needs as individuals and members of multilayered communities. We acknowledge that every person is an expert in their own health. Following this principle, we seek to bring about health-related technologies that originate in the knowledge, memories, and dreams of all inhabitants of Philadelphia equitably.
